For years, our family has been impressed by Dad's artistic ability. After he retired back in 1995, he was able to take up his art brushes once again. He has been an active member of the Whitstable Art Society for some time now. |
Dad regularly exhibits his work locally, and has shown his pictures at galleries in Whitstable, Canterbury and Faversham. However, since showing some pictures on this site, I had a few visitors asking to see more. So, with Dad's permission, here you are. |

If you are visiting Whitstable and would like to see other examples of Dad's art, then you could always pop into the Wall Tavern in Middle Wall. Some time ago, the landlord commissioned him to paint all the town's pubs, past and present. Now, this was some undertaking and he's still got a lot of pubs to research and locate. In the meantime, the Wall Tavern is lined with about 30 that he has done so far. |
