I got these views on a return trip from Germany. This is the Reculver end of Herne Bay, with the towers barely visible on the very left of the photo. The most evident thing to me, however, is the proliferation of rapeseed fields. That's a lot of yellow.....

This is a little further along the coast. In this view, Neptune's Arm is clearly visible in the centre of the shoreline. The white blob, out in the middle of the sea, is the pierhead.
