The Miramar, in Beltinge High Street. This was once a hotel and bar, before being converted to a residential home for the elderly. There was quite a furore when the hotel closed. However, as the owner pointed out, there was next to no hotel business and he could not keep it as a viable business as an occasional wedding venue. He also noted that the majority of complaints were also from people that didn't actually patronise the place themselves.
